Pokemon Masters EX : 2020-2022

Banner design for Twitter account of Pokemon Masters EXOpen in New Window

In crafting banner designs for Pokemon Masters EX, my focus was on the worldwide fanbase and the need to work meticulously within the framework of established regulations. Every detail, including margins and the size differences of the characters, received patient consideration. Over two years, I was in charge of the operations, ensuring the overall coherence of banner designs by conducting thorough research into past iterations. Collaboration with fellow designers necessitated the use of standardized Photoshop layer structures and labels for clarity and ease of use.
Additionally, I handled approximately 10 banner designs per week.

Orix Life Insurance : 2022

The banner to promote new in-person consulting shop

The Orix Life Insurance CorporationOpen in New Window is a Japanese insurance services company with its headquarters in Tokyo. The company is one of the largest insurance companies in Japan and has been operating since 1991. The company's main focus is to provide insurance services for individuals and businesses. They recently opened their new in-person consulting shop, so wanted to promote the shop with a banner linking to the shop site from their corporate site.

The initial design

The initial design instruction was to create a design that aligns with the the web site of the shop's styleOpen in New Window. However, as various stakeholders were involved in reviewing and finalizing the design, the specifications for the banner underwent several changes during the design phase.

To streamline the decision-making process, I created two design patterns in different color schemes for the final iteration, as shown below. This approach facilitated the determination of the design direction without becoming overly complex or time-consuming to execute. I am confident that providing options and decision-making opportunities can not only lead to higher satisfaction but also contribute to a more efficient design process.

Pattern A

By using blight colors for its background, the banner becomes eye-catching and lively. Not to make it stand out too much, the number of color is less as much as possible.

Pattern B

I chose soft colors to keep the mode of the shop page on this banner. For its congratulatory atmosphere, decorated detail parts such as the triangle flag and frame of the title.
